Following uncomplicated miscarriage, most women who had regular cycles will have a period within four to six weeks following the completion of the miscarriage.

It does depend on how far along you were, whether you had any instrumentation, such as a curretage, or if there were any retained products. If you had a spontaneous miscarriage without any prolonged bleeding, it is a safe bet that you would ovulate within two to four weeks after the miscarriage.

If you take your basal body temperature or do cervical mucus observations, you will know when ovulation occurs.

I'm sorry for this loss in your lives and wish you a successful pregnancy next time.
