Wow -- someone doesn't approve of Sharon Stone's parenting ways.
The actress has lost physical custody of her eight-year-old adopted son Roan, to her ex-husband Phil Bronstein. According to documents obtained from a September 2008 custody hearing, Phil "shall have permanent sole physical custody of child. Court finds that respondent [Sharon Stone] failed to meet her burden of proof and denies respondent's [Sharon Stone's] request for modification of custody."
A judge ruled that Sharon's ex is able to "provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home that...Roan needs." The decision is permanent unless Sharon decides to move closer to Phil in San Francisco.
Maybe the judge got his hands on a copy of Basic Instinct 2?
