Shedding Post-Baby Weight

• "If you like to dance, I recommend MTV's 'The Grind' workout video. I like it because it is a lot more fun than doing leg lifts to Hall and Oats. It is a high energy dance that will most likely take a dozen workouts to master - but that's half the fun. And I feel a bit sexier doing all those gyrations!"

• "'TaeBo' is a workout tape that is similar to learning karate. You do kicks and punches that not only get you back into shape, but also help you learn how to defend yourself. I have been doing it for about two weeks, and I love it. I already feel tighter all over. I find it very motivational. • "My mother and I like the Jane Fonda workouts. Try to get a neighbor or friend to do it with you, it is fun to have a partner. Also try taking the baby for walks around the neighborhood."
