When The View's Sherri Shepherd first began wedding dress shopping, she thought that the most daunting thing about it would be trying to find one dress out of hundreds. But when the consultant asked for her size, she shuttered. “I kept saying I’m a size 4, but I have to give them the real double digits size, which sucks," she told HollywoodLife.com. Determined to slim down before the big day, Shepherd has enlisted a trainer who is single-handedly kicking her butt! “She’s got me doing all kids of squats, lunges and lifting weights,” Sherri explains. “I have this fantasy of a strapless [dress].” With a strapless dress in mind, it's all about the bodice and the upper body, so arm exercises and core training are key. If you are undergoing a bridal bootcamp, make things a bit easier for yourself by targeting a couple of body parts that you'd like to tone. This way, you won't burn out trying to hit the gym every day, and you will save yourself from feeling guilty if the pounds don't come off fast enough.
