Shoulders For Show



This exercise targets a different part of the shoulder and is excellent if performed in conjunction with overhead presses.

  • Hold light-to-medium weights (2– 5 pounds) and, making sure your elbows are slightly bent, lift your arms out to the sides to shoulder level.
  • Lower your arms back down until the weight brushes your thigh, then repeat.
  • Try to perform 2 sets of 15 reps.
