|1 pound cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp, cut into quarters||1/8 teaspoon cayenne|
|1/4 cup mayonnaise||Salt and pepper to taste|
|1 tablespoon lemon juice||4 Boston (or Bibb) lettuce leaves, washed and dried|
|1/4 cup scallion greens, sliced||4 hot dog buns|
Combine the mayonnaise, scallions, lemon juice and cayenne in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the shrimp in the mayonnaise mixture.
Line the buns with lettuce and spoon in shrimp. Serve with potato chips.
