I have your "2 Mile Brisk Walk" and "3 Mile Advanced Walk" DVDs and absolutely love them!! I love how easy they are but yet they're a great workout. I want to buy a few more. Which DVDs are best for slimming and toning the hips and thighs? —iluvpeanut13

I have been doing this for over 20 years now and every time I hear that people are enjoying the workouts, it feels like the first time! Toning and slimming the hips and thighs is something that I am always looking to accomplish myself. It is definitely a trouble area for me too! So I can relate, Doll!
