Apparently things have improved significantly in Sinead O'Connor's love life since she had a date with a banana back in August. The "Nothing Compares 2 U" singer announced Wednesday that she's getting married to her boyfriend Barry Herridge -- and their big day is tomorrow!
The 44-year-old Irish singer-songwriter shared the happy news on her personal website, adding that she'd keep fans posted with pictures and news as soon as the ceremony occurs.
"With enormous joy myself and my beloved boyfriend Barry Herridge will be getting married tomorrow, December 8th 2011 at 'an un-disclosed location' in my absolute dream wedding ceremony," O'Connor wrote. "Very happy girl. : )"
In addtion to being O'Connor's wedding day, Dec. 8 will also mark her 45th birthday -- talk about a reason to celebrate!
This will be O'Connor's fourth marriage. She finalized her divorce from longtime friend and collaborator Steve Cooney in April after they'd been married for only eight months. She also wed music producer John Reynolds in 1989 and journalist Nicholas Sommerlad in 2001. O'Connor has four children from her previous marriages.
