Please don't call her Lily Allen any more! The British pop star has officially taken her husband Sam Cooper's name and wants to be referred to as Lily Rose Cooper.
The 27-year-old singer-songwriter announced in a statement on Aug. 2 that she's changing her professional name to match her new married name.
In the statement from her publicist, the newly minted Cooper revealed that she is working on new music but didn't share exactly when fans should expect another release from her.
"It's great to work at my own pace, with no commitments other than to make music, she said. "I'm excited to be heading back into the studio."
The Coopers, who got married June 11, 2011 in their native England, welcomed their first daughter, Ethel Mary, on Nov. 25, 2011.
Cooper's brother Alfie Allen, who stars on the hit HBO series Game of Thrones, has said how much his sister loves "being a mum."
"She's just loving it, everyone is," he told the Belfast Telegraph.
Lily, who has suffered with a history of miscarriages, is currently expecting the couple's second child.
"She's pregnant but it's early," a source told Us of the singer. "Lily doesn't want to talk about it yet."
