Two-thirds of American adults have difficulty sleeping. Based on the number of discussions about sleeplessness on the iVillage message boards, we believe it. So we took your sleep questions to Michelle Drerup, PsyD, a psychologist and sleep specialist at the Cleveland Clinic’s Sleep Disorders Center, who helped design the clinic’s new GO! to Sleep program. Dr. Drerup helps hundreds of patients each year deal with their sleep difficulties and improve their sleep. Now she’s here to help you.
