    Ingredients

    Salt 1 tsp wild-blossom honey
    85 g (3 oz) fresh or frozen blueberries, plus a few for garnish 1 large wedge of watermelon, peeled, seeded, and cubed
    120 ml (4 fl oz) pineapple juice

      Dip the rim of a glass in water and then in bar salt. Thread a few blueberries on a toothpick or cocktail stick for garnish. Place the rest of the berries, the juice, honey, and watermelon in a blender, and mix on low speed until blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until smooth. Pour the smoothie into the glass and rest the stick of berries on the rim.
