Would Your Husband Take a Shot of Breast Milk? Watch Snooki's Baby Daddy Do It

Looks like Snooki really did mean breast pump instead of fist pump -- watch the new mom and her friends take some, um, interesting shots!

There are many things I love about breastfeeding: the convenience, the health benefits for my baby and the calorie burning for me, to name a few. What's not on my list of breastfeeding perks? The ability to pump extra breast milk so that I, my husband and a couple of pals can do shots of the stuff while my infant sleeps nearby.

But apparently, Snooki thinks differently.

Leave it to the former Jersey Shore party girl to clink shot glasses full of liquid gold with her friends. On last night's episode of Snooki and JWOWW, Snooki, along with fiancé Jionni LaValle, BFF Jenni "JWOWW" Farley and Farley's fiancé Roger Matthews, threw back some of the new mom's expressed breast milk while baby Lorenzo slept soundly next to his mom. (Watch the clip of the, er, celebration below and on Snooki's web site.)

The consensus -- at least from this crew -- was that human milk shots are apparently way worse than vodka.

"It tastes like sh*t," Snooki grimaced after taking her shot. Jionni and JWOWW looked equally freaked out after they finally took the shot after some cajoling. (Snooki guilted Jionni into it, saying "Babe, you have to [do it] for Lorenzo!" Why Lorenzo would care? I have no clue.)

The only one in the group who looked zen about the experience was Roger, who took his shot first and calmly declared it "clumpy." "It was like chugging mashed potatoes," he said.

Hmmm.

I really don't have anything against sampling a little breast milk. It's totally normal -- and only natural -- for moms (and dads, too!) to be curious about what their babies so feverishly drink all day and night. But doing a shot of it like you're at a frat party? Probably not.

But kudos to the breastfeeding mama for acknowledging the health benefits of nursing her baby. "I don't know how Lorenzo drank it," she told Access Hollywood recently when asked about the breast milk shots. "But it's good for him."
