Snooki's Attacker Loses Teaching Job

There may be some justice for Snooki! Brad Ferro, the 24-year-old Phys. Ed instructor who punched the Jersey Shore star in the face at a bar in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, is getting bounced from his job.

"The department is in the process of taking termination action against Mr. Ferro," Anne Forte, spokeswoman for the New York City Department of Education, told E! News.

Ferro, a teacher at North Queens Community High School, was convicted of assault, fined $500 and handed a six-month suspended sentence, after knocking Snooki off her bar stool in the incident, which was caught on camera. Ferro has since been removed from working with kids, and has been sent to a "rubber room" -- an isolated office space for teachers facing possible disciplinary action -- until his case can be reviewed. Ferro's potential termination letter would give him 30 days' notice to say goodbye to his job.
