During her recent court hearing, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi was deemed "rude, profane, obnoxious and self-indulgent," by the judge. But the one insult that really hit home: calling her a Lindsay Lohan wannabe!
The Jersey Shore star is speaking out after her Thursday court date, where she was chastised for her public drunkenness and compared to the troubled Lohan, by Judge Damian G. Murray.
"I definitely thought it was harsh," Polizzi told People.com. "I never drank and drove, I don't do drugs – I do nothing that Lindsay does, so it was definitely a little overboard."
But Snooki's not going to let the insult get her down. "I'm over it," the reality star shrugged. "I'm just really happy that it's over and that the criminal charge was dismissed because that was just insane. I was really nervous about it."
Polizzi was arrested earlier this summer, while filming the new season of the hit MTV show. She was picked up by police for public drunkenness and held in a jail cell until friend and castmate Jenni "JWOWW" Farley bailed her out.
Now, Snooki says she's putting her legal troubles behind her. "I'm just really happy it's over," she says. "That was crazy for me."
