Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi doesn't want her son Lorenzo to grow up in the spotlight. In her first TV interview since becoming a mother on Aug. 29, the Jersey Shore star talked to Today about how motherhood has changed her life -- and how she hopes fame won't rob her baby of a normal childhood.

The reality star, who was joined by her fiance Jionni LaValle, told Savannah Guthrie that she's felt like a new person for the past two months.
"It's crazy 'cause, you know me, I always wanted to have a good time. 'Where's the next party? What am I going to do tonight?'" Snooki said. "And now it's just like, you know, 'I love my baby. What can we do with him?' It's just totally different."
And the reformed party girl says she doesn't miss her crazy lifestyle one bit.
"I definitely partied [enough] for three people my entire life... so this is just a new chapter in my life, and I love it," she added later in the interview.
Baby Lorenzo, sadly, did not make an appearance on Today (except in a clip from Jersey Shore: After Hours). But Snooki gushed about how she loves to dress him up ("I like to put him in nice outfits, polos... he has to look good!") and how he's already taking after his famous mama.
"He always craves attention, like me," she joked.
But Snooki and Jionni don't want Lorenzo to get so much attention that he grows up feeling different from other kids.
"Right now it's fine, while he's this young. But once school starts, when he gets a little older, I kind of want him to branch off from that," LaValle explained. "Nicole can do what she has to do ... I kind of just want him to live like a normal lifestyle."
"We want him to have a normal life where he goes to school, has friends, girlfriends," Snooki concurred. "I want him to have those learning experiences that we did growing up. So I want it to be as normal as possible."
Sounds like a good plan. But for now, Snooki is happy to show off her adorable kid. We can't wait for the Instagram pics from Halloween: Snooki says she's going as Wonderwoman, with Jionni as Captain America... and Lorenzo as Superman!
