Who knew Martha Stewart could hold a beat? Apparently all she needed was a little help from the rap master himself, Snoop D-O-to-the-Double G, who stopped by her daytime talk show this week in a segment that airs on Friday, Dec. 18.
“Can’t you rap while we’re doing this?” Martha asks Snoop Dogg, who was there to promote his album, Malice N Wonderland (which hit stores Dec. 8), as the two begin baking brownies.
Snoop held his own. “Trying to make some brownies but we missing the most important part of the brownies,” he sings as Martha chimes in, “which is, which is.”
“No sticks, no seeds, no stems,” Snoop tell her as she figures out “he wants green brownies.”
“Mixing flour, just like this, this will taste good, make me a kiss,” he continues. Martha retorts, “Oooh, especially if it’s green. Especially if it’s green.”
Their duet must have inspired Martha because she later asked him if he’d produce her record … hypothetically speaking, of course. “I’d love to,” he assured her.
We know Martha’s got a green thumb, and Snoop clearly likes the green … Hold on a second here! Martha, what was in those brownies?
