Kim Kardashian is on the cover of this month’s Complex Magazine (I’m guessing this is not a psychology periodical, despite the name). The magazine inadvertently published the un-airbrushed photo on its website and all kinds of hell hath broken loose over it.
As you can see, they smoothed and thinned her thighs, lightened her skin and made her teeny waist ever teenier (notice the space between her right arm and waist is much larger in the After pic).
Kimmie is the second Kardashian sister with naked drama in the past week. On their mind-numbingly bad (yet somehow still watchable) show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Khloe Kardashian was asked to pose naked for PETA’s "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" campaign. Khloe is bigger than her two sisters and constantly gets made fun of for it in the press so her being asked to strip is in some way a nice form of praise and respect. The opposite of praise and respect? When stepdad Bruce Jenner asks Khloe is maybe she needs to lose some weight before posing. Here’s the pic. Whaddyou think? Did she need to slim down?
PS In response to her un-retouched pictures being posted, Kim said, “So what: I have a little cellulite. What curvy girl doesn’t!? How many people do you think are photoshopped? It happens all the time! I’m proud of my body and my curves and this picture coming out is probably helpful for everyone to see that just because I am on the cover of a magazine doesn’t mean I’m perfect.”
Despite yesterday’s rant about celebs protesting too much, I love her words!
