Sopressata Crisps

This insanely addictive appetizer has just one ingredient; how easy is that? They can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container, but they're best served the same day you make them. They're great paired with stout or a cold beer. Sopressata can be found in most supermarkets already sliced or in a deli.

On two baking sheets, place the slices of the sopressata in a single layer; do not overlap. Place in the oven for about 12 minutes. Turn the baking sheets around and flip the slices with tongs. Cook for another 12 to 17 minutes, until crisp but not burned. Remove and place on the prepared rack. Repeat until all the slices have been cooked.
