Spend enough time at a fair, and you'll start to question why anyone would ever want to use cutlery for anything. The good people at the Minnesota State Fair are ahead of that curve, offering up more than 60 kinds of foods on a stick. And one of the most genius eat-with-one-hand-while-walking contenders is certainly the spaghetti and meatballs on a stick. Meatball mix and cooked spaghetti are mashed into big balls, which are then dunked in garlic batter and deep-fried. The concoction is then popped on a stick and garnished with marinara sauce (and, we hope, a few napkins).
