12 ounces fresh spinach, well washed and tough stems removed2 bananas1/4 cup plain whole-fat yogurt1/4 cup unfiltered apple juiceCombine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Makes four 1/2-cup servings or two 1-cup servings.
