|1 bag Success White Rice or Success Brown Rice||1/2 cup evaporated milk|
|1 box (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained||1/2 cup water|
|1 cup (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided||1 tablespoon onion, freshly grated|
|1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup||1/2 teaspoon salt|
|3 tablespoons butter, melted||1/2 teaspoon pepper|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl combine broccoli, 1/2 cup cheese, soup, butter, evaporated milk, water, onion, salt and pepper.
Fold in rice.
Pour mixture into prepared dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake 20 minutes.
