    1 bag Success White Rice or Success Brown Rice 1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 box (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained 1/2 cup water
    1 cup (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 tablespoon onion, freshly grated
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon pepper

      Preheat oven to 350°F.

      Prepare rice according to package directions.

      Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

      In a medium bowl combine broccoli, 1/2 cup cheese, soup, butter, evaporated milk, water, onion, salt and pepper.

      Fold in rice.

      Pour mixture into prepared dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

      Bake 20 minutes.
