|1 bag Success Brown Rice||1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced|
|2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth||1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley|
|1/4 cup sliced green onion||Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)|
|1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper|
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Combine broth, green onions and black pepper in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add cooked rice and chicken; cover.
Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese, if desired.
