| 1 bag Success Brown Rice | 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced | |
| 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth | 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley | |
| 1/4 cup sliced green onion | Parmesan cheese, grated (optional) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Combine broth, green onions and black pepper in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add cooked rice and chicken; cover.
Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat; sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese, if desired.
