    1 bag Success Brown Rice 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
    1/4 cup sliced green onion Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

      Prepare rice according to package directions.

      Combine broth, green onions and black pepper in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

      Add cooked rice and chicken; cover.

      Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated, about 10 minutes.

      Remove from heat; sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese, if desired.
