    2 bags Success Basmati Rice 1 tablespoon Curry powder
    Non-stick cooking spray 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
    4 Tilapia Filets 1 teaspoon salt
    1 Tablespoon Ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
    2 teaspoons Garlic powder Chopped fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish, if desired
    1 teaspoon Ground cumin

      Preheat oven to 375°F.

      Prepare rice according to package directions.

      Coat a large baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pat fillets dry with paper towels and arrange in dish.

      In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, cumin, curry, vinegar and salt and pepper. Brush fish with curry mixture and refrigerate 20 minutes.

      Remove from refrigerator and bake 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

      Serve with rice. Garnish with cilantro.


    HELPFUL HINT:  This dish is delicious with any mild fish.
