| 2 bags Success White Rice | 1/4 cup canned beef broth or water | |
| 2 tablespoons vegetable oil | 1/2 teaspoon salt | |
| 2 medium onions, sliced | 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper | |
| 1 can (15 oz.) Cajun seasoned red kidney beans, rinsed |
Prepare rice according to package directions.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add onions and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in beans, broth, salt, ground black pepper, and cooked rice.
Cook 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
