|1 bag Success Basmati Rice or Success Jasmine Rice||Salt, to taste|
|1 tablespoon Butter||Chopped fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish, if desired|
|1 Onion, thinly sliced||1 Cup Grated carrots|
|1 Tablespoon Fresh ginger root, grated|
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add onions; cook and stir until the onions have softened and turned golden, about 10 minutes.
Stir in ginger, carrots, and salt to taste.
Cover and let steam 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked rice.
If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro.
