    1 bag Success Jasmine Rice, Success White Rice, or Success Brown Rice 1 teaspoon coriander
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube 1/3 cup golden raisins
    1 tablespoon olive oil 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 cinnamon stick 1 cup sliced almond, toasted
    1 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

      Prepare rice according to package directions adding bouillon cube and cinnamon stick to water.

      Remove cinnamon stick after rice is cooked.

      Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add cumin, coriander, raisins and onions.

      Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender and golden-colored, about 10 minutes.

      Stir in cooked rice, almonds and cilantro.
