|3 seasoned, boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces||1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style stewed tomatoes|
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Brown chicken pieces.
Add onions and sauté 2 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 5-7 minutes.
Serve over bed of hot rice.
