| 1 bag Success Jasmine Rice | 1/2 teaspoon cumin, optional | |
| 3 cubes chicken bouillon, crushed | 1 tablespoon lime juice | |
| 1 tablespoon vegetable oil | 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped | |
| 1/4 cup onion, chopped | salt and ground black pepper, optional | |
| 1 clove fresh garlic, chopped |
Prepare rice according to package directions, adding crushed bouillon cubes to water.
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion 2 minutes, then add garlic and cumin, if desired.
Sauté 30 more seconds.
Remove from heat and fold in cooked rice, lime juice and cilantro.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
