|1 bag Success Jasmine Rice||1/2 teaspoon cumin, optional|
|3 cubes chicken bouillon, crushed||1 tablespoon lime juice|
|1 tablespoon vegetable oil||1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped|
|1/4 cup onion, chopped||salt and ground black pepper, optional|
|1 clove fresh garlic, chopped|
Prepare rice according to package directions, adding crushed bouillon cubes to water.
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion 2 minutes, then add garlic and cumin, if desired.
Sauté 30 more seconds.
Remove from heat and fold in cooked rice, lime juice and cilantro.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
