How to Live with Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life)

When: Wednesdays at 9:30 p.m. ET on ABC; premiering April 3
What It's About: After splitting with her husband, an anxious young mom (Scrubs' Sarah Chalke) takes her precocious little girl (Rachel Eggleston) and moves in with her kooky parents (Elizabeth Perkins and Brad Garrett). Based on the footage from the trailer, the 4-year-old kid is the most mature member of this household. Despite the flimsy premise, it's hard not to root for Chalke -- who was so winning in her recent guest turns in Cougar Town and Grey's Anatomy. Unfortunately, the critical reviews so far aren't great. The upcoming issue of Entertainment Weekly calls it "a faint facsimile of funny."
