To get the mom of two's coveted arms, Stefani's trainer Mike Heatlie recommends doing tricep exercises back to back, according to InStyle.com. Tricep dips followed by tricep extensions (holding a single dumbbell with both hands behind your head, extend arms straight up and repeat) take the jiggle out of your wave and give you Stefani's toned arms, no doubt!
