It seems like there's not a week that goes by where Kim Kardashian isn't caught leaving her trainer's gym after a grueling workout or promoting one of her many products. "It sounds like fun, but you have to have stamina to do a press junket, then a photo shoot, then go to an appearance," says Kim's trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to Shape magazine. To juggle your work week like Kim, start working out two to three times a week with a routine of side lunges, wide squats, and push-ups with a weighted medicine ball. Not only will these exercises up your energy, but also hopefully those Kardashian curves will follow.
