Her trainer Ary Nuñez uses that machine to slim and tone her core, while weights strapped to her hands helped her multitask and work out her arms. “I hate going to the gym and doing it the old-fashioned way,” Rihanna tells the magazine. “I hate anything that’s too straightforward, too routine, too familiar.
