To prepare for her televised walk down the aisle and her estimated $10 million Aug. 20 wedding, Kim Kardashian spared no expense -- and no sweat -- to get the perfect bridal body. Anticipating all eyes on her, Kardashian hit the gym with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson multiple times a day starting at 6 a.m. "She (was) never late and she never canceled," Peterson told FitPerez. Her workout included a variation of lateral pulldowns to tone shoulders and the core, dumbbell shoulder presses, walking high kicks, and lunges to tone Kardashian's famous tush. To minimize the soreness after intense workouts, Peterson recommended, "a bath in Epsom salts, a massage, or a day off depending on the degree of soreness." Remember, if you're kicking things up a notch with a goal like an upcoming wedding, try to take care of your body as well by doing post-workout stretches and taking therapeutic baths.
