Starting Tuesday morning, lattes, mochas and other made-to-order beverages at Starbucks will be 9 cents more expensive. This is the second time the popular coffee retailer has increased prices in less than a year; last October prices rose 5 cents. Starbucks is blaming higher dairy and fuel costs for the raise, but some customers, who feel the prices are already exorbitant, aren't buying it.
