#StarbucksDrakeHands Is the Greatest Meme of All Time

A barista from L.A. unintentionally spawned the best meme we've ever seen

October 2013 will be remembered fondly for future generations as the day the Internet finally hit its peak.

(Legal notice: This is not a binding statement and will be immediately recanted if we find something more awesome like, say, a sheep who can play Candy Crush. In the meantime though, this is it).

Last Tuesday L.A. model Piper Kennedy reluctantly gave her phone number to an insistent barista named Brody, a.k.a. "The Creepiest Man To Ever Make a Cup of Joe."

Not one to let a good deed go unpunished, Brody texted Kennedy shortly after, sending the following, now legendary, video:

The eye movements, the face touching, the ... peeking out behind from behind the hands? I .. .can't. (Shiver.)

The video was immediately shared by Kennedy's friend DJ Ben Roc via Instagram along with the hashtag #StarbucksDrakeHands (in reference to Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home" playing behind this seductive treasure), and suddenly a new meme was born.

The obvious implications of this are that 1.) Brody will (hopefully, though doubtfully) think twice before asking another customer anything other than "Grande or Venti?" and 2.) the internet exploded with users doing their own imitations of the clip.

(Dramatic interpretation of the Internet upon discovery:)

Here are some of the best #StarbucksDrakeHands videos floating in the webosphere:
