Maternity Options Made Simple (M.O.M.S.) is a media and educational campaign designed to help new working moms and moms-to-be make the most of their time on maternity leave. iVillage, with support from GlaxoSmithKline, conducted a national survey to explore how moms prepare for their maternity leave, their experiences while on leave and their transition back to the workforce. iVillage looked at the survey findings and teamed up with "America's Family Manager" Kathy Peel to offer advice to expectant working moms on how to best plan their maternity leave so they can have a positive and productive experience and ultimately spend more time with their newborn.
