How to do it: Start in a basic full-plank position. In this position you will create a "half-moon" on the floor with your body, by using your arms to "walk" your upper body to the side while keeping your feet in the same position. Keep your core engaged and try not to under arch or over arch your back while moving your body to the left. Once at the 45-degree position, begin moving to the right.
Modifications: For an easier modification, shorten the time spent in full plank to just one rotation and take a quick 5-second break, then continue doing mini-sets. To make it more challenging, you can add a pushup after each "step" you take with your arms.
