How to do it: Start in the full plank position and walk your feet up towards your hands until your body resembles the letter "A." Lift your toes and look through your legs to keep the neck in alignment with the back. Bend your arms until your head touches the floor and then press back up. Remember to breathe while you lower yourself down slowly and press up in a controlled motion. You can keep your feet apart to help with balance.
Modifications: To make this exercise easier, try placing your hands on a chair, bench, or other stable surface. To make this exercise more challenging, you can place your feet on a stable surface such as a chair or even try an exercise ball.
