Welcome Stephanie Pratt to the Mindless Reality Starlet's Club, as the The Hills star racked up a DUI this weekend after getting pulled over in the Hollywood Hills.
"It was your basic DUI. Our traffic officers driving down the street spotted her and pulled her over," Sgt. Sal Ogaz told People.com. "She was cooperative and there were no issues with her arrest."
According to police records, Spencer's sister was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Sunday, charged with a misdemeanor, and transferred to the Van Nuys jail for booking, where she was released around 10:30 a.m.
Earlier in the night, Steph had been partying with Hills costar Holly Montag -- who was celebrating her birthday -- at Empire in Los Angeles.
