Stephanie Pratt has agreed to pay for her mistakes in rehab. The Hills star pleaded not guilty to an Oct. 18 misdemeanor DUI Friday and will enroll in a 30-day residential rehab facility.
Steph was arrested last month on her way home from costar Holly Montag's birthday party. The reality star wasn't stopped by police for driving erratically, but for an equipment malfunction. When given two breathalyzer tests, Steph first blew .08, then .09. The legal limit in California is .08. If convicted, Spencer's sister faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
