See What a Mere $115 Million Can Buy You in NYC!

Billionaire hedge fund manager Steve Cohen is selling his 9,000-square-foot, 6 bedroom and 6.5 bathroom penthouse apartment for a cool $115 million. Check out the pics to see what that price tag can get you in the Big Apple!

Billionaire hedge fund manager and S.A.C Capital Advisors founder, Steve Cohen, recently put his penthouse apartment on the market for a measly... $115 million! Cohen, who originally purchased the property in 2005 for $24 mil, hired architect Charles Gwathmey to completely re-do the space. We wish we could snatch up the Upper East Side duplex, but instead we'll just drool over the eye candy.

The apartment, which boasts 24-foot ceilings and two stories of windows, overlooks Central Park and upper Manhattan. We're not sure if the life-size (and sort of creepy) Cohen statue comes with the $115 million price tag.

Ever wonder what a billionaire's home office looks like? Well, apparently it's glass encased and overlooks the bi-level living room from 12-foot internal windows.

The Master Bedroom

Yep, this is how a master of the universe sleeps -- amidst a zen color palette and overlooking the city's skyline. Plus the master bedroom has its own office and two bathrooms.

The Views

Cohen's manse is located in the One Beacon Court building, which has also been home to celebrities like Beyonce, athletes like Johnny Damon and fellow uber-rich like Fendi heir Formilla Fendi. When you're not taking in the famous-ish faces of your neighbors though, the apartment offers stunning views of upper Manhattan and most of Central Park.

Now that's a lot of marble! The serene master bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower, two dressing rooms and granite floors.

The Kitchen

The eat-in chef's kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and more amazing views that surely provide Cohen with inspiration when he's whipping up harried weeknight dinners. Oh wait, his chef probably handles that!

Instead of the traditional entryway, the penthouse has a "reception room" where Cohen (okay, okay, more likely Cohen's butler) meet guests as they enter.

The dining room, which is adjacent to the living room, can easily fit 12-person table. If we can't afford to buy the place, we can at least hope for an invite to the next dinner party!
