chime in nowLet's face it: Not every scribble that your child brings home makes your (or even her) heart swell with pride. Sometimes it's just a Crayola scrawl on a piece of paper. So give the effort props by exhibiting it for a while, but then feel free to toss anything that doesn't connect emotionally, as mom of two Natalie Mines does. Mines hangs her kids' artwork on a clothesline in the playroom, and constantly refreshes the exhibit as new artwork comes in. But once the old stuff is taken down, she only keeps her (or her sons') favorites.
