Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

The vanilla yogurt adds sweetness and the addition of more vanilla extract plays up the cheesecake flavor, but it’s the bit of cream cheese, just for a creamy mouthfeel, and the graham cracker and cinnamon “crust” that will fool your tastebuds into thinking you’re really drinking cheesecake in a glass.

    1 cup vanilla yogurt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup frozen strawberries 1 graham cracker, crumbled
    2 tablespoons cream cheese Dash of cinnamon
    1 to 2 tablespoons milk, as needed

      Put the yogurt, strawberries and vanilla in the blender and pulse to a smooth puree (you may need to add a little milk to help this happen).

      Add the graham cracker and cinnamon and pulse to combine, leaving a few small bits of graham cracker visible in the mixture.

      Pour and serve.
