Simply swapping full-fat ice cream and milk for lower-fat versions makes these strawberry milkshakes OK for everyday meals. Purists may want to stick with just strawberries, but feel free to experiment with other fruits, like bananas or blueberries.

| 1 cup sliced strawberries | 1 cup reduced-fat 2% milk | |
| 1 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Garnish with sliced or whole strawberries and serve immediately.
