    7 ounces milk 1 cinnamon stick
    3/4 ounce premium sugar-free chai tea concentrate Ground cardamom or nutmeg, for garnish
    2 ounces hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee

      Steam the milk with the steam wand from an espresso machine.

      Pour the steamed milk into a large latte mug, and add the chai concentrate and espresso.

      Stir with the cinnamon stick.

      Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or nutmeg.


    Variation: Regular premium chai concentrate may be used instead of the sugar-free concentrate.
