|7 ounces milk||1 cinnamon stick|
|3/4 ounce premium sugar-free chai tea concentrate||Ground cardamom or nutmeg, for garnish|
|2 ounces hot, fresh espresso or strong coffee|
Steam the milk with the steam wand from an espresso machine.
Pour the steamed milk into a large latte mug, and add the chai concentrate and espresso.
Stir with the cinnamon stick.
Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or nutmeg.
Variation: Regular premium chai concentrate may be used instead of the sugar-free concentrate.
