Oscar-winning screenwriter Aaron Sorkin and Sex and the City star Kristin Davis called it quits in August. According to In Touch, the couple parted ways just two months after they stepped out together at the premiere of Sorkin's HBO drama The Newsroom. "They're very different people," a close pal told In Touch on Aug. 22. "She's focused on raising her daughter, Gemma, and he's working on his show." News of the romance between Sorkin and Davis broke in May, but the two had known each other for years. Despite their breakup, the source assured, "They'll definitely remain friends."
