Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

IN A NUTSHELL: The sequel to the box office smash has the evil transformers of Decepticon—vanquished in the first movie—returning to wreak havoc on poor little college freshman Sam Witwicky (Shia LeBeouf), who, like Al Pacino in The Godfather, gets dragged back into the robo-arms of these weapons of mass destruction.
FOR YOU: The first one wasn’t enough? These movies are so loud that you’ll want to put on earplugs unless you like the sound of metal cans in a blender. Better yet: see if the babysitter can take the kids!
FOR THEM: Boys, in particular, love their transformers, and in their imaginations, the toys are animated. It’s a great thing to see them acting out—way out!—on the big screen.
