Where We Left Off: The high-rated season 6 closed out with Kris Humphries' marriage proposal to Kim. He spelled out "Will You Marry Me?" in rose petals on her bedroom floor. Ah, true love!

Why We Can’t Wait: This is Kim's return to reality TV after we watched said marriage implode on Kourtney & Kim Take New York. Based on the promo, this season we'll see her cavorting with her new beau, Kanye West. (Ah, true love!) Kourtney, meanwhile, has a baby girl on the way!
