chime in nowDo you know what to eat for skin health? Now that the sun’s stronger, go for sun-protective foods. Leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts and even teas protect your skin from the sun’s ultraviolet radiation, which can cause skin aging and skin cancer.
By all means, wear sunscreen. That’s essential. Don’t stay too long in the sun. Check. Favor hats and long sleeves. But try a little delicious sun protection, too — from the inside out.
