AOL: In AOL Mail, click Mail Controls then select "Use a custom sender list" and click on the words "custom sender list." This will bring up a window to add allowed senders. Enter "mail.ivillage.com" and/or "mailer.prospero.com" and click on Add and then Save. For more information, check AOL's help page.

EarthLink: Log in at http://webmail.earthlink.net. Click on the Known Spam Folder link on the left side of the page. This folder collects any email that EarthLink automatically detects as spam and deletes it based on your preferences.

To adjust your spam settings click on the Settings tab at the top of the Known Spam Folder. There are three levels of protection. If you are set at the highest setting, any email from an address that is not in your address book will automatically be routed to your spam folder. Add the domain mail.ivillage.com (and/or mailer.prospero.com) by clicking on Address Book in the left column of the page, then at the top of your Address Book page, select Companies (Domains) and click Add. This will allow you to input the domains you choose and direct messages from those addresses straight to your inbox. If you have trouble adjusting this, please contact EarthLink for assistance.

Hotmail: Log in at http://www.hotmail.com. Click on the Mail tab at the top of the page, then on the Junk E-Mail link on the left side of the page. This folder collects any email that Hotmail automatically detects as spam and deletes it after five days.

To adjust your spam settings, click the Options link on the top right of any Hotmail page, then select Junk E-Mail Protection. Check your Junk E-Mail Filter. If you opt to use the "Exclusive" option, only mail from your contact and safe lists will arrive in your inbox. Other mail will be delivered to your Junk E-Mail folder. To add iVillage to your safe list, select the Safe List link on the Junk E-Mail Protection page, then enter "mail.ivillage.com" and/or "mailer.prospero.com," and click Add.

Windows Live Hotmail (Full Version): Log in at http://www.hotmail.com/. Click on the Check Mail tab at the top of the page, then on the Junk link on the left side of the page. This folder collects any email that Hotmail automatically detects as spam and deletes it after five days.

To adjust your spam settings, click the Options link on the top right of any Hotmail page, then select More Options. On this page click Filters and confirmation. If you opt to use the "Exclusive" option, only mail from your contact and safe lists will arrive in your inbox. Other mail will be delivered to your Junk E-Mail folder. To add iVillage to your safe list, select the Safe and blocked senders link on the Options Page, then click the Safe Senders link then enter "mail.ivillage.com" and/or "mailer.prospero.com," and click Add.

Yahoo!: Log in at http://mail.yahoo.com/. Click on the Bulk/Spam link on the left side of the page. This folder collects any email that Yahoo!'s SpamGuard automatically detects as spam and deletes it after 30 days. To move mail from your Bulk/Spam folder into your inbox, mark the check box beside each message you wish to keep, then click Not Spam. You can also set up mail filters to automatically send any email from iVillage straight to your inbox. For instructions on setting up filters in Yahoo! Microsoft Outlook 2003: To make sure all the images in the email appear correctly, add "mail.ivillage.com" and/or "mailer.prospero.com" to your safe list.

On the Tools menu, click Options. On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail. Select the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab and click Add. Type "mail.ivillage.com" and/or "mailer.prospero.com" in the box that says "Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list," then click OK.
